GUEST ACCESS:

Guest have complete access to the entire unit. The apartment is on the ground floor and independent from the main house for your private enjoyment. Washer and dryer is located in garage and available for guest use but please ask host to coordinate.

Host lives upstairs in the main house and will respect your privacy. We speak English, Spanish, Cantonese and Mandarin. Interaction is completely up to you. We are only a door bell, phone call or text away to answer any questions

OUR NEIGHBORHOOD:

The neighborhood approaches San Francisco’s outskirts, but this friendly community shares the same intimate vibe of its more central neighbors. It is a quiet residential area of families and many longtime San Francisco residents. Colorful homes replete with blooming gardens line Mission Terrace’s surprisingly sunny streets, and local markets and pizza parlors are more common than strip malls and national chains. Cayuga Playground park is just a few minutes walk down the street and is worth a visit. Considered to be one of San Francisco’s hidden gems. The Balboa Park transit station with BART (regional trains for the Bay Area) and MUNI (San Francisco trams and buses) is a 5 minute walk. Although it’s bounded by several transportation corridors (freeways and BART stations included) our neighborhood manages to remain quiet while providing quick easy access to energetic night time neighborhoods. Few minutes away is the Mission Street business corridor with eateries, bars, stores and services, and a Safeway grocery store. The Ocean Avenue is just beyond Balboa Park BART Station provides you access to more eateries and shops, including Whole Foods, Target, Walgreens & CVS.

DIRECTIONS:

From the SFO Airport, you have a few options if you will not have a car.

Option#1, Best is to use LYFT (Approx. $26-$28) directly to the house. It will take approx. 15 minutes with no traffic.

Option#2 take a taxi (Approx. $35+Tips) directly to the house.

Option#3, if you will not have too much luggage then take the BART North to Balboa Park Station(approx.. $8 per person). The house is a 5 minute walk from the BART Station.

To Downtown San Francisco.

LYFT – Approximately $23-$25 to downtown. It will take 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.

Public Transport - The Balboa Park BART Station is a 5 minute walk from the studio. From The Balboa Park BART station to downtown is a 15-20 minutes.

Driving – Ramps to the 280 freeway is just a few minutes drive and a 15 minute drive to downtown San Francisco.

Public Transit or Freeways are easily accessible and very convenient and can take you to San Francisco and most of the Bay Area.

***For your convenience we have BART schedules inside the unit. We also provide 2 Clipper Cards for use during your stay. You can use charge money into the cards at a discounted fare for use on all public transportation in the Bay Area***

OTHER INFORMATION:

1) Please no shoes inside unit. Please place the shoes inside or outside unit entrance.

2) The unit is for a Maximum of 4 people. If you bring in a fifth guest without obtaining approval from host there will be a $500 Penalty and a charge of $50/night for the extra guest.

3) There is another independent guest unit adjacent to yours so you may see them as you are exiting your unit.

4) The washer and dryer is located in garage and available for guest use.

MONTHLY RENTERS:

Ask host about availability of monthly rentals and pricing. If available, for more than a month an additional 1 month security deposit is required prior to arrival/checkin.
